Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

During the official ceremony, the Representatives of the German Federal Parliament, Mr. Olav Gutting and Dr. Danyal Bayaz, the State Secretary for the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Housing in Baden-Württemberg Ms. Katrin Schütz, Mayoress Ms. Cornelia Petzold-Schick and Mr. Adam A. Guided Cleanroom Tour

All the guests were given a tour through the new cleanroom building. The cleanroom was built to advance the research and development of deep-blue TADF emitter for Next-Generation OLED displays.  A low number of particles in the environment is important to test OLED materials. A similar environment is also finally used in the production of the actual display modules by high-tech companies like Samsung Display and LG Display.

The heart of CYNORA´s cleanroom is the vacuum evaporation tool by the Korean company Sunic. Sunic also produces actual production tools for some of the biggest OLED display makers in the world. CYNORA´s new equipment is similar to those production tools but it is optimized to test new materials at high quality and with a high throughput.
